Reservations, Payment and Prices – Open Workshops
Reservations
Reservations for Open Cooking Workshops can be made directly through the Ratatouille Berlin website.
A confirmation email will be sent once the booking has been successfully completed. Ratatouille Berlin reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation in the event of technical issues, overbooking, or any other legitimate reason.
Payment
Payment for Open Workshops shall be made on the day of the event, directly on site, unless otherwise stated.
Prices
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.
Ratatouille Berlin reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price applicable to a reservation is the one displayed at the time of booking confirmation.
The prices indicated include only the services expressly mentioned in the description of the workshop. Any additional services will be charged separately.
Cancellations and Modifications
Participants may cancel their reservation up to two (2) days before the scheduled date of the workshop, without charge.
Ratatouille Berlin reserves the right to cancel a workshop up to one (1) day before the scheduled date in case of insufficient participants or other justified circumstances. In such a case, an alternative date will be proposed to the participant at no additional cost.
Reservations, Payment and Prices – Private Workshops & events
Reservations
Private workshops & events are organized upon request, made through the online contact form.
Following the client’s request, Ratatouille Berlin will send a written offer by email. The offer shall be considered accepted once the client confirms it in writing (by email), and Ratatouille Berlin issues a written confirmation, thereby forming a binding agreement between both parties.
Deposit and Security Guarantee
The reservation of a private event may require the payment of a deposit amounting to thirty percent (30%) of the total amount including VAT.
For the rental of the venue, a security deposit will be required. This deposit covers any potential damages caused to the premises, furniture, or equipment. It will be refunded after the event, provided no damage has been identified.
Prices
All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT, where applicable.
Ratatouille Berlin reserves the right to adjust its prices at any time. However, the rate applicable to a confirmed reservation remains the one displayed and accepted at the time of booking.
Cancellations
In the event of cancellation by the client, the following fees shall apply:
• Up to one and a half (1.5) months before the scheduled event date: 30% of the total amount including VAT will be charged.
• Up to two (2) weeks before the scheduled event date: 50% of the total amount including VAT will be charged.
• Less than one (1) week before the scheduled event date: 100% of the total amount including VAT will be charged.
No refunds will be issued outside the conditions stated above.
